Running his farm, setting up brick and mortar shops and launching an online store to sell produce isn’t all Luke has done. He has also curated and grown several ventures on his land: two successful festivals, a stunning glamping site and a thriving wedding business. Last but not least, alongside Michelin starred chef Josh Eggleton he has opened Root restaurant which is featured in the Michelin Guide with a Bib Gourmand award.
